Spa works charged me $495 for a service call and a new heater. The pro left before checking if it worked. The day after, the water was not warm. I called this pro and texted multiple times and he did not call back.

Gave me good advice . Didn't take advantage by doing some unnecessary work. A real professional. Use him if you need this kind of service

“All went well, still need repair parts to show up to be able to do the actual repair but serviceman was courteous. Had some delay in hearing back at times over text message and I was surprised that I needed to pay the minute the evaluation was over but if I had known upfront I wouldn't have been surprised.

Daniel was a couple of hours late and just made it to our house a few minutes before we had to leave. However, once there he was friendly, professional, and was able to complete our hot tub pump replacement very quickly and even pumped out our hot tub at no extra charge. Based on the research I did, the pump price seemed a little high, but otherwise we are very happy with the work he did. I would definitely recommend this business to a friend or neighbor.

If you hire, consider paying for parts separate and then pay for work when part arrives. Get everything as far as cell number and have the understanding you can text and it may be a few days before hearing back him.

The spa started to leak again that evening. My Spa Works guy has been contacted and in progress of confirming day/time to schedule fix.

I should have read the reviews before hiring Daniel. RUN - Do not waste your time. He is a smooth talker and very convincing, But will never fix your problem. Strings you along and will even tell you that a problem exists when it doesnâ t. He never fixed my spa and even tried to tell me my problem was fixed, but he never fixed it. It was not until I further investigated to confirm that he had indeed fixed the issue when I learned that he never even looked at the issue. I would have paid him, this time twice, for a unit that was never fixed. This is after chasing him down for two weeks - after he was supposed to fix the unit the first time! Beware. . .

Daniel, will come to your house and diagnois your problem regardless of any problems you may have. He even offerred to hook up an extension cord to get our spa running and find out what the problem was, even though we had no power. Grateful for Daniel, William and Simone Riverdale

Like others have stated below, Daniel showed up when scheduled, sweet-talked me, was paid $ 1000.00 up front, and never showed again. I contacted him three times over 3 months and each time he promised to come out **this week** and effect repairs. He never showed. I feel that I was ripped off and scammed.

We paid in full and he never did the job and never showed back up. and does not answer our calls.

Daniel repaired our swim spa the same day. He was timely, courteous & professional. We will definitely contact him again for future problems.

Daniel did a great job. Communication was great. Was able to troubleshoot and repair the hot tub. For those negative comments, parts from China are a major issue for new hot tubs and repairs. There are so many brands if your hot tub requires a part expect extreme delay. Covid had presented major challenges.

I wish I had read these reviews before hiring Daniel. He was recommended by the previous owner of my home. He came out for maintenance and convinced me to pay in advance for 3 additional service calls....he then became impossible to schedule, rarely responding to messages. I finally asked him to give me my money back. $90 for services that he didn't do. He's been stringing me along since February, saying he's going to send me this money. Even sending me a pic of a money order...that was weeks ago. He may be knowledgable, however he's a horrible business person. Daniel, please stop swindling people out of money. Refund money for work that you haven't done. It's the right thing to do. At this point, I know that I will never see my money. I've learned to never pay in advance for work to be done. Thank you Daniel for teaching me this lesson. I will never hire you, I will never recommend you, I will write every review that I can online to let others know what kind of business person you are. Run away from this "business".

I was referred to this company by Home Advisor. This has been nothing but an awful experience. Danielle will come out and smooth talk you through your spa, tell you how much it's going to cost, and take your money. He is a terrific confidence man. This is where my problems all started. After getting paid he continually promised that he would have the parts and come install them. A month went by of him ignoring all of my text messages and phone calls. When he did finally answer me back, he feed me some line about waiting on a part for my tub that I never ordered. He promised me that he would get back to me that evening after he had "a chance to look over the invoice." 3 more days went by before I got him to answer my phone call and he fed me some line about the parts being tied up on a boat that couldn't unload in the port because of COVID. I told him I would wait two more weeks, but that I expected him to get the job done. Meanwhile I got online and found the parts, two motors and 3 nozzles, for my tub all available with free shipping to arrive within a week. After waiting the two weeks and still hearing nothing, we are up to 2 1/2 months of him blowing smoke and still no work done, I tried to contact him again. It took a week of me trying to reach out to him before he finally answered my call. When he answered he told me he was with a customer and didn't have time for me right now. I told him that I had paid him almost 3 months ago and that I thought was deserving of his time. I told him that if he did not complete the work that I wanted my money back. After him lying to me again about not being able to get the parts and telling me the same story about the boat, I seriously could't believe it, I told him that I wanted my money back. He refused to refund my money and began to lie saying he never agreed to do the work, while I'm holding his invoice mind you, and that he wouldn't answer my calls any longer. He then hung up in my face. After the back and forth of several more calls he agreed to refund my money within 24 hours. I waited, hoping he would just do the right thing and refund my $940.70, and nothing happened. When I sent him a message telling him I had not gotten the refund, he threatened me by saying he would give me my money but would place a contractors lien against my home. I laughed thinking he would have fun trying to do that given he didn't do any work. Then he told me that he would give me my refund but I had to take down my bad review. I couldn't believe it. This is why I'm now in the process of taking him to small claims court to recover my money. He absolutely refuses to do the right thing and just seeks to take advantage of people. I hope that this keeps anyone thinking of using this guy well clear. Also beware he does business under another company name too. If you don't believe me just check all the reviews. I will update after I finish my case.
