We discussed cleaning and getting my spa tub up and running over the phone. He told me it would be a service charge of $145. I agreed, he stated that the jets needed to be wet and softened. I told him that it was a tub in my master bath not a outdoor jacuzzi. He said that was fine. He could get me up and running. Upon arrival he looked at my tub and told me how to clean it and what to order. He didn?t have the proper product to clean it. It seems like he had the time to wait for the product I had to run for 20 minutes. I stated to him that he told me the same thing that the YouTube video said. He Was There To Clean It. If you wasn?t going to do that. It would?ve been good to know before he came out. Since I CLEARLY STATED to him on the phone that this is what he was coming to do. So I paid $145 to clean my own tub. ?

Was 4 hours late and did not call I called him and he said he was in an area with no phone service. Showed up and determined the problem. Had to order parts. Wants the money up front and the service call payment $436.50. He leaves and we wait days. No call we called him 1 week later. He said he would have the part within 3 to 5 days unless we wanted pay about $90.00 for overnight shipping. No thanks. Waited the 5 days no call. We called him said he was sorry and that he called another one of his customers by accident that had a similar name to tell THEM the part was back ordered. Another week. No call. We called him. He would have the part in 3 days and would come and put it in. THIS WAS EXACTLY 4 WEEKS LATER. Put in the part. Hot tub did not work. Told us it was another part that was broken and that it would cost another $780.00. Would be 3-5 days unless we wanted to pay another $45.00 for overnight shipping. Said we had to think about it. Since this was Thanksgiving week my family was in town and our nephew happens to be an electrician. He took a look at the part that was put in. Spent 5 minutes on it and said it was factory locked and all he had to do was push the buttons through the program and turned it on. AND THIS GUY DANIEL IS SUPPOSED TO BE AN EXPERT? Now he starts to call since we did not call him back. He never called us for a month but now that he sees an opportunity to get more money - he called twice on the Monday before Thanksgiving and then once last night. That is when I told him he was trying to rip us off. He lies, lies and lies some more and there is no doubt in our minds he would have bought or already had this part and would have put it and then like a holiday miracle he would have unlocked the menu and all would work. DO NOT USE THIS GUY! HE IS NOT A GOOD GUY. Be aware. He told us that he is working with to get his bad reviews removed. How does that happen? I will tell everyone I can about this event and I have posted this information to our HOA page just in case someone else might need a repair.

I was surprised that my Jacuzzi could be repaired. The repair person had to take care of the electrical problem as well as replace the drain. He also repaired a toilet. He actually came on Friday before the scheduled Monday appointment. So I was very thankful for the service.

His proposal was on March 23, 2018. We made a huge mistake trusting him, and were fools to trust him. On June 10, after waiting 10 weeks we gave him an ultimatum - 10 more days to fix the tub. He would never call us again although AT THAT POINT: 1) we emailed him; 2) Home Advisor contacted him; 3) We called him and told him personally. When we spoke to him at that time the lies just flowed like water (which our tub cannot hold any longer) he said he would fix our tub perfectly. He never called again! Lies, lies, lies. When he started our tub worked, but we wanted to update it. He cut the jets in the tub and now the tub cannot be used. We will have to hire another firm to fix what he damaged IF IT CAN EVEN BE FIXED! Lawsuits WILL follow. Suing him and making every builder, every homeowners group, and every rating agency in Georgia know what a cheat his is will become my 2018, 2019, and beyond Hobby. I need a hobby in retirement, this is it!. Get ready Daniel, this is going to get really expensive I can afford it (and will really enjoy this) CAN YOU? Do not trust him, do not let him into your home, and DO NOT pay him. He will scam you, will leave with your money and you are out of luck. He is a liar and scammer. After Home Advisor's arbitration decision, he did pay for the damage that was left behind. This was 50% higher than what we paid him.

Daniel is a very knowledgeable professional. Because of the demand for his expertise, he should hire an admin to assist in scheduling and responding to inquests.

He has not completed the job as of now. Had to order parts. Very pleased with customer service. Will address this again when job is complete.

Daniel Wolfgang was the best. I had no hot tub knowledge and he carefully explained things I could do to remove scratches by using toothpaste and other action items needed. My comfort level was at an all time high. One of the best.

I broke a cardinal rule of mine and paid $1095 for repairs not yet rendered on 5/5 simply because we'd used Home Advisor referrals before with good results. I was told repairs would be done in 6-7 days but after 21 days he had not returned or followed back up with me. When I finally contacted him he offered to refund but has not done so and that was 2 weeks ago. I was trying to give him a chance to refund but he hasn't. At least I paid by credit card. About to contact my card and have this charge overturned.

He was 90 minutes late and had not called, so I called him. He apologized and advised that he was working and finishing up a project and could be here any time that I wanted to he would make time for me. We scheduled time for later in the day. He arrived and he fixed the problem with detailed explanation. I appreciated his work, his work ethichs, his knowledge. But he does need to work on his timing or at least remember to call customers advising that he is running late.
