My Spa Works

Daniel came to my home and started a job on April 29th. He was paid for all of the job except a 40.00 installation fee. He has not completed the job to date and every time I speak with him I receive one excuse after another about why he cannot complete the work. I am very disappointed and expected more professional service. I hope that he will try to rectify this situation. UPDATE - Did come back this weekend and a good attitude about what was happening. Still feel like I was taken advantage of by the $125.00 'kit" that was ordered. It was a cosmetic fix, certainly not something that was special ordered. Did a great job of cleaning up afterwards, the drain stopper that was installed is still not working properly but I will handle myself.

Appt was at 1 pm and they did not arrive until 6 pm and that was after me trying to call them several times to tell them never mind due to how late they were already.

Daniel was awesome! He explained everything to us and answered all of our questions in detail. He was so sweet and really knew what he was doing. I highly recommend him to anyone especially to first time spa owners like ourselves. We ve never owned a hot tub before and we were so worried that we would get ripped off and end up paying an arm and a leg. He was honest with us and said it was user error and not a heating pump problem like we thought! We were so relieved and thankful that he saved us possibly hundreds of dollars!

I hired him to repair a leak in a line and to connect the water to the pump. He installed a coupling in the wrong place, connected a plastic line improper to the new pump, and took money to purchase a light for the tub and has never called or communicated with me and I hired him March 1. I phoned him, and he said he would look into the light and would get back to me. He is pulling a scam on me. I plan to get legal advice on how to move to get my money back. I paid him $216.90.

I hired him and he had me pay for parts and partial labor in advance. Now I cannot get him to respond about scheduling follow up to install the needed parts that he ordered. Talks a great game but no follow through. Am calling credit card company to reverse payment

I have paid for the work, it has not been done as yet because they had to order a pump.

Dan was very thorough, knowledgeable and quick. He was able to make time within the day we first spoke, diagnosed the issue, had the parts and my tub was heating up in less than an hour. I was extremely satisfied and think you will be, too!

I hired him to measure and order a customized cover and lift for my spa. My issue is when the spa cover arrived that it was torn on 3 sides. I was sent a defective cover and he told me he would order a new one, that was back in July. I tried contacting him he said he was busy and he would contact the manufacturer and he will call me back and never did.

Daniel was knowledgeable and had a can-do attitude. Friendly personality.
