H + S has been recommended to me by friends so I called and left a message today. In just a few hours I received a call back from Steve. He was very nice and explained everything they do and answered all of my questions. I have a daughter graduating in a few short weeks and was hoping to have them clean my windows before our family arrives. Unfortunately, they are very busy this time of year and don't have any openings in time but am extremely impressed how everything was explained to me and the professionalism of their service over the phone. They could have lied and told me they would try to get to me sooner but they were honest and just said they couldn't fit me in. Steve was nice enough to recommend another local company that he trusts and knows I will be happy with. Thanks for the recommendation and I look forward to using this company in the future when I am not in such a rush!!!
