He was about an hour late for the install and did not call to let me know he would be late. When he arrived he started right away and thoroughly explained what he would do. He was careful and thoughtful during the installation. He did a good job cleaning up everything after he finished. He wired the attic fan using the smoke detector in our master, but did not put the smoke detector back together, which we had to do after he left. He returned to retest the radon levels about 2 weeks after the install, but never returned to retrieve the test, so we still do not know if our radon level is below acceptable levels. We have attempted to call him numerous times, but he has not returned our phone calls. Our realtor has also attempted to contact him without success.
Description of Work: Installed a radon mitigation system

Kevin did an outstanding job. He had already started when I arrived and encouraged me to walk through the inspection with him. It was very thorough and he answered all of the questions that I threw at him during the process. When he emailed me the inspection report he also included a list of local service providers that he was familiar with: plumbers, roofers, painters, etc., for any work that we might need done in the future. I enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend Kevin and BPG to anyone needing an inspection.
Description of Work: Kevin Sullivan performed an inspection for a home we were purchasing.

I used your service, requested an inspection and no one ever bothered to contact me so nothing happened and I had to take my business elsewhere. I do not know if it was Angie's lists fault or Eagle Eye's but I am absolutely discouraged from ever trying Angies List again....There you have it
Description of Work: I am still waiting to be contacted... No one ever bothered

it went very well. I was able to find out that the house that I almost purchased had major structural problems as well as rot, mold, electrical, and plumbing problems.
Description of Work: scheduled an inspection of property that I want to purchase and property was inspected the next day. The report was 33 pages long and included color photos of problems with suggestions for the relative "badness" of the problem and how they should be repaired or fixed. referrals were given for local contractors that could perform the major repairs. The inspector was efficient and very helpful........saved me a batch of money!
