The team was great. David did the inspection. Nick & Jose repaired the masonry chimney and installed a wood burning stove. Everyone was professional and courteous. We are happy to have a functional and stylish wood stove.

Following a chimney sweep and inspection, it was recommended that the back panel of our fireplace be replace due to a growing number of cracks. Chimney Solutions provided a quote for the follow on work, was willing match a competitive quote for the same work, and completed the follow on work right away. Each time service was provided, the technician team was careful to cover the entire area and left the house exactly as they found it. This is the third time I have used Chimney Solutions and I will continue to be a customer in the future.

The men were extremely near and left no mess in the house nor the yard. The cap had to be custom made and they returned to install it as soon as it was available. The even worked on the installation after it started raining. Would definitely recommend.

Dryer Vent Cleaning
The work went great. Tony and Kyle cleaned and repaired the dryer vents on two residences for me. Both men were very capable, competent, and friendly. These were quite difficult jobs because the buildings were 35 years old and the vents had never been cleaned and the structure of the vents through the attic and on the roof needed repair. Tony and Kyle both were great at figuring out just what needed to be done and their work was excellent. I would hire them again any day.

From the moment I called their offices to the completion of the work, they were fantastic! This company understands and lives customer service. It was a 2 day project to come in and take out the guts of my chimney, use jacks to move it back into place and rebuild the structure and add steel angle irons into the structure, plus re-grout. They explained the whole process, answered my questions, were courteous and respectful of my home. I can't think of a better experience during something that should be "unpleasant".

Fireplaces, Dryer Vent Cleaning
To our relief, after the fireplace was inspected, all it needed was to be caulked and that took care of the draft. We thought that the gas logs needed replacing, but were told that they were fine. A good thing we had the dryer vent done - it was very full of lint.

They get a "Triple A" rating. He did a fantastic job. He was thorough. It was a fair price. I know there is a lot of room for people to add in extra work like chimney caps, etc, but he didn't. He said ours was in good shape. So, I felt like the guy was very reputable.

That was good. Very positive. I don't have any complaints. I didn't price many of them, seems like a little expensive, but the work was really good, and I didn't mind paying a little extra. As far as I know its an A on quality, time will tell.
