The Khris and Matt came out to replace the rain pan and shroud, upon finishing they informed me I might think about replacing the corner boards and trim as they were a little warped and water damaged. So this is my first issue, I'm spending $1,000 to work on the chimney and instead of the sales rep discussing all the issues with me, I'm informed of more work that is needed in the next 2 years after they complete the job. I would rather address all the issues at once. They also mentioned they used my old termination top per the contract, which was something I didn't notice I thought they were replacing everything on the top of the chimney.
Upon reviewing my contract I realized they were supposed to replace the water damaged trim they just recommended I think about dealing with in the future. So I reached out to them to discuss this and they told me it was accidentally excluded from the work order and they missed that, also that it wasn't that badly damaged and probably didn't need replaced. Since we are now being precise with the contract I asked what they were going to do since they didn't fulfill the contract. They responded they could either come back out and replace the trim or offer me a $30-$50 refund since that is about what the materials would have cost. I think we all know if I just wanted them to come out and replace my trim it would costs me well over $50.
I opted to have them come out and complete the contract and the work looks good and luckily the drip did stop.

From what I can see from the ground, they did a great job It is a noticeable improvement over the old cover. They fabricate the chimney caps themselves, and the turn around time between measuring and completing the job was very quick. Very good company to work with
