Patrick McAreavey and his team showed up when promised and went to work.  They took out the old stair railings and balusters and prepared the surfaces for new construction.  This company specializes in ironworks and they installed a very beautiful wrought iron staircase with red oak handrails.  They were extremely precise in their work (used a laser sight for drilling holes so top and bottom holes lined up exactly).  They cleaned as they went along, taking care not to damage our brand new hardwood floors.  They explained everything they did and why it was important.  When they left we had a wonderful new staircase and not a bit of rubbish or clean-up to do.  Excellent company to do work with!!!
