"Zack and Dilli done a great job on my laundry room floor that was rotted due to the job not being done correct the first time it was replaced. They had to remove several floor joist via cutting them out then replace subfloor and then match existing flooring as best they could to minimize cost. "OK.....after a couple of issues came up initially....1) first appt. was "lost in space" (not written down by the him who scheduled me)....2) reschedule was to be first thing this morning and he had a dead battery and flat tire and called me to let me know he would of course, be late. Guess these things can happen to anyone. The work seemed very thorough. I haven't inspected everything too carefully yet (since I want it to dry completely before I walk around on the carpet), but I am pretty certain it will be a great improvement upon how it was!"
