Mancilla Roofing & Construction

Description of Work: I was very fortunate to find Mancilla roofing to help me with my roofing needs. I had multiple roofing projects. Misty and Gus did my shed roof first, then I replaced my whole roof, and finally I had commercial roof done on the popped up attic (flat roof with slight slope). Gus also installed my 3 large sky lights (3'x6'). There are only 4-6" space in between (no space for regular flashing). Gus did a channel system to make it work beautifully. Misty and Gus are extremely good at what they do. Their skills and maturity are far exceed their youth. Oh, I want to make sure I mention this. It was a raining day, couple of months after my sky lights and roofing were completed, rain drops came down from my 16' tall ceiling where the sky lights are. I was freaking out thinking the channel system Gus did failed. Gus came to my house immediately and found a small hole probably accidentally punctured by a small nail when my framer was up on the roof. He repaired it without even charging me a fee. If you have done some extensive remodeling like myself, you know how hard it is to find contractors who are skilled, honest, good hearted and prompt to be your assistance. Misty and Gus have such an amazing team including Gus's father. My jaw was about to drop when the first time I watch how gus' s father working up and down that steep roof on my shed. By the way, they are incredibly patient with me. It took me a couple of years to finally hire them for the 1st shed project. Not only were they good at what they do, their pricing were very very competitive. I have not talked to Misty and Gus for a while. Well, They did such a good job and I do not have any problem. But even I do not see them on a regular basis, I will always consider them my good friends. I truely adore them and their family. Attached is part of my shed roof- a small part of the projects.

Description of Work: Replaced a small area of roof, replaced one stretch of gutter, and installed gutter covers.
