About us
I have been in the construction industry for over 25 years. As a homeowner needing to get things done that I do not have time to do, I tried to hire people to do the work for me. If I contacted companies, they did not answer the phone and if you left a message they did not call back. If they did call back or they would schedule appointments and never show up or if they did show up you would never hear from them again. If I was lucky to find one that provided an estimate, they did not know how to do the projects requested. Larger companies do not want to do the "little" things. At the point of getting so frustrated, I decided to start this business so that other homeowners would not have to go through this. I have hired professional and qualified people; drug test and background checks have been performed on them to ensure clients safety. The technician comes out, accesses the work and pricing is given on site. If pricing is accepted, the technician will perform the work immediately. You do not pay for the work until the job has been completed to your satisfaction.

"Happy Handyman sent a guy out several days without requesting any more money. Several items were done that we were not asked to do. Many attempts had been made to fix what others had messed up. They kept sending us pictures saying that work needed to be completed but when we went out to complete the work, the pictures we were receiving were before pictures as shown below. We supplied many pictures showing the work that we we were responsible for had been corrected and we were still told items had not been completed even though they had. They kept sending us out to do items that we were not in our scope and even though they were not in our scope we tried to help them out and do them at no charge. It is clear this was not a good experience for client and company. No matter how many times we went out and did work we would still receive pictures of other items that were not our scope. Other contractors working on the property would come in and do things to the walls, etc. after we were done. It is very clear now that we did perform our scope but others would damage the property after we left. I hope they find a company that they are happy with."
