Do not hire this company in TX/Corpus Christi, TX/Port Aransas. As I understand it, Tracy, the owner, used to live in south TX. My understanding is that she now lives in GA. It appears that she has a qualified handyman in GA, with good reviews. That is not the case in TX. I was told that Roy Adams started working for her in January. It is now March. He bragged to me about how meticulous he is and he has been doing this work for 25 yrs. Maybe he can do rough carpentry, I don't know, but he CANNOT do finish work. The other person on the job - Troy - was fired. According to Tracy, Roy blamed all of the problems on Troy... Tracy said that she wanted to fire Roy as well, but "she had to give him the benefit of the doubt." Why? The pictures don't lie...She repeatedly told me, when she first saw the pictures, after they claimed that the work was done, that she was "appalled" by what she saw. She insisted that this is NOT the kind of work that her company does. She told me that Roy and Troy were going to stay on the job, on Friday, until the work was done to my satisfaction. Well, on Monday, after I never got final photos and no one called me to approve any work, I had to call Tracy on Monday. She did not call me. She told me that between Troy and Roy, they were on the job for maybe, 3-4 hrs. last Friday....What happened to, they were going to stay there until the work was done to my satisfaction? Well, after coming back for the second time, after Roy called in sick on Monday.... and having sent pictures of all the issues, again and again, Tracy's position has now changed. Now she says that they have done the best they could possibly do.... Really.... There were areas where you could see the rough splice cuts that were not wood filled, sanded, primed or painted. There were areas where they did not even bother to take the mfg. tags off of the lumber, so they never even painted those trim pieces. Where they screwed the valence wood to the ceiling, they left the screw heads exposed - Not filled, not sanded and not painted... The proof is in the pictures! How could she claim that the work was done as best as humanly possible, when there were a dozen pictures showing that there were MANY places where no work had even been performed! - no sanding, no filling, no priming and no painting had even been attempted! In the last written communication that I have from her, she wrote: "...the last thing that I'm concerned with is your job..." Quite the change from "I am appalled and this is not the kind of work that our company does..." We have had to hire another company that will hopefully do the work correctly....

The serviceman was on time and very professional. The mount was too small for our TV and the tech went to Home Depot for us and picked out the correct mount as promised. We would definitely use the service again very professional and the customer service was amazing. Nathan Stevens

Went Great, Happy Handyman and specifically Adam looked at my issue here the door was working well and the right side of the frame was broken and paint was needed. They had an opening and was seen the same day. Tracy the owner was great person and easy to talk to and learned talking to her. Loved that her Motto that No Job Is To Small as its an unmet need for smaller jobs at reasonable prices. Have other projects for them to do and glad that i have them to do it.
