Wonderfully! Exactly as promised! The crew of six men, led by the foreman, Dakota, came as scheduled, always on time, and worked like troopers. I was SO surprised when told by Dakota that the job would take 3-1/2 days...but at noon on Day 4, they were done. And, very importantly, they had cleaned up and hauled away every trace of their work. Each day, starting with their arrival date, Dakota took me around and showed me what they were going to do with that particular phase of the job. More than once each day, he asked me if I understood what was going on, why, and what that task would resolve. Also each day, an Everdry field supervisor, Jay, came by to check on the crew's progress and to assist them with any unforeseen problems that might have come up. He, too, made 100% certain that I knew what was being done that day, and why. ALL of EverDry's employees appeared to have a very strong sense of teamwork, and my wife and I actually felt that we were a part of that team in that we were so well informed by the others. To a man--including the woman's voice in the office!--EVERYONE with whom we came in contact was polite, helpful, and informative. We feel that we certainly got our money's worth in service and materials, especially in their available "life of the home" warranty on their labor. We strongly recommend that any homeowner with foundation leak problems contact EverDry before signing up with any other company.

I am an existing Everdry customer and actually, if you look on this review chain you'll see I purchased a $25,000 system from Everdry in August 2016 and gave them outstanding reviews on this very site. I really appreciated the salesman who came out to our home, the installation crew was professional and did a thorough job, the person (Bee) at the office was always really nice....everything was great. Now, not even year later, we still have a damp basement and have the reemergence of "efflorescence" on our floors. Once we noticed the issues, we called Everdry and it took several attempts to get a service appointment. Leaving voicemails for appointments never were returned. Then once I had an appointment, no one showed up or even called to let me know they were not coming. When rescheduled again, the service manager arrived almost 2 hours late for our assessment and spent about 5 minutes in our house looking at the problems. Bring us today - nearly two months after I had the service manager here to assess what they needed to do to fix the issue... the crew that was supposed to arrive at 8am arrived at 2pm. It's now 3pm and guess what, they're not here and have done zero work because the equipment they brought with them is broken. I've attempted to call their office to voice my concerns and have received no support. I am so frustrated and would not recommend this company to anyone who is considering it. We purchased a $25,000 system from Everdry and are still having the same problems and they don't appear to be staffed to make good on their warranty. If you're looking in to waterproofing your basement, I would recommend that you look elsewhere. Take my advice as an existing customer.

Service was OK, and they got it done in time. We had to schedule a follow up service to finish up some cracks that were missed during the sealing process, and to apply sealant to our garage's connection to our driveway. The reason they're rated lower is that we weren't provided (and will not be provided) with what the sales guy promised. We were told we would get a package at the end of the service with photos of the entire process (including pics of how deep they dug around the house), and a detailed report of the work performed. The service took 4 days to complete, and on day 2 I asked how it was going. Was told it was fine, and I asked if they were taking pictures of the work. The foreman was confused, made a couple calls, and it looked like sales guy forgot to put that on the order. Unfortunately, they'd already dug out and refilled the entire foundation, so I don't know if they did what they were supposed to do. When the work was finished and I asked about the detailed report, I was sent a one-page opy of a copy of a copy of a copy form that just stated the work done, and that was it. That, and I never got the pictures of the work after day 2 that I was told were taken. Also, the cement on they laid inside my home where they jackhammered an is very uneven and bumpy. When we refinish our basement (which is why I had this service done in the first place), I'm going to have to power sand it all down so it's remotely level. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with this lack of service and coordination. Had I the chance to do this again, I would question whether this service was worth the hefty pricetag.

I called to set up the appointment and it went great. They asked a few questions, checked their schedule, were polite and prompt on the phone. We set the appointment for a Saturday morning. They called my husband to confirm the appointment, he confirmed that that time was good and that I would be home to see them and show them the area. They then stated that both homeowners had to be home at the time of the inspection (which they had not stated in the first phone call). My husband was confused and told them I was perfectly capable of making decisions concerning our home. They offered to reschedule but could not accommodate my husbands work schedule so we had to cancel the appointment. I understand that this may be their policy but there are plenty of other companies that will do the initial inspection with only one spouse present. Also if they had stated the need for this during the first phone call we could have not wasted their or our time with follow-up calls.

EverDry did a fabulous job. They were able to actually come in and perform the work a couple of weeks earlier than the initial appointment and was able to complete the job in less days than the original estimate. The crew was very professional as they explained all the steps that were going to be performed before they did it, put up protection on the floor and doors to keep the dust and dirt down to a minimum, and cleaned up everything afterwards. And the best part of all was ever since the work was done, we have had quite a few exceptional heavy rain storms roll through the Tucker, GA area over the last two years and not a single drop came in the basement. I so wish I had had this done years ago and saved all the cost and heartache of dealing with a repeated flooded basement. Thanks EverDry!

This was a rainy year and Everdry was in demand, so our start was a little later than I would have wished. Having said that, the staff were professional and did the job efficiently.

They showed up on the date we set, and was on time, went right to work and did an outstanding job. After they completed the job we got rain but for the first time in a long time I had no water in my basement. Outstanding company. The cost will depend on what your needs are. As for me I had them do my basement and the whole outside of my home and I have a lifetime warrant .

The service tech made sure everything in our basement was set and working properly. We are very pleased with the service we have received and would recommend Everdry to our friends and family for any waterproofing needs! Blane M. Marietta, GA

Our basement used to flood. So they put a new pump in to help control the water. They went in, and waterproofed the walls as well. It has been working good every since. They come out every year to check the pump to make sure it is working.

The service provided was excellent, they show up on time, Adam shows up every year as planned and is the same technician every time which I really enjoy as well.

the entire process went very well. They did a great job of explaining step by step what was happening. I am a hands off kind of person when I find a company that I trust. I would recommend Ever Dry to anyone who needs their crawlspace water dry.

They were very nice. It went pretty well. Out of the four companies I got estimates from, they seemed to be the most thorough. I like the Easy Breeze fan because it keeps the basement dry and circulates the air. I wish I hadn't let them put the sump pump inside the house. It takes up too much space in the basement. It also holds some water and can attract mosquitoes at certain times of the year.

IT WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY, THERE WERE SOME CONCERNS AND THEY DID ADDRESS AND CORRECT THEM.

So far so good. There have been no signs of water leaking into my basement.   When the pump activates it can be loud (my mother in law lives in the basement). Make sure to add some kind of gutter extenstion to the pipes leading outside from the pump. During hard rains the pump will run for awhile and the small pvcp pipe caused a hole to form in the grass.

NOT A PROBLEM AFTER THE SERVICE!  EverDry fixed my mildew and mold problem and now I have a dry crawl space!  R.D.

Mark and crew were very pleasant to work with and they showed good consideration of covering my furniture as well as storage boxes that were in the work area.  Mark kept me informed of any plan changes that he made to best handle my property.  He not only had the knowledge, but the desire to do the job properly.  They were all very pleasant to be around, although their work was very streneous, as well as dealing with the heat outside and concrete dusty conditions inside.  Joe A.  Newnan
