We just hired Cheap and Great Tree Services to cut up a neighbors tree that was wedged right next to our deck. My husband agreed to pay $4400 to have them cut the tree up after they swung it across the creek. In addition, they cut down/damaged at least 2 more trees that were on the opposite side of the creek. They left, leaving a mess on the opposite side of the creek. They have their money, but they havenâ t really finished the job. What can we do about it? My husbandâ s already paid them today. Also, I just found out that there was supposed to be a $500 coupon and a â seniorâ discount already deducted from that price. My husband called several times, but the rep on the phone just argues with him.

I hired this company and they was very professional and the prices was reasonable they did a great job and the clean up was great.i will definitely hire them again soon.they came out and the next 2 days they did the job.i am very pleased with their work.i give them a thumbs up.

These people took my deposit of $500.00 for tree removal. They did not do the work and kept my money. They did not return my calls or texts, now I have to go to Small Claims Court to get my money.

False advertising. They claim free stump removal for job over 800. My job was 3500 and included one tree, three trims of crepe Myrtleâ  s, and trim hedge. Huge stump still there, they dropped the tree on my big crepe Myrtle and had to remove it, left that stump there too. Their coupons are BS, and they didnâ  t show up when they said they would.

They charged $2,500 to remove (2) two trees and that is with them leaving all the debris. They did not remove the trees from my yard. Way too expensive. Not Cheap or Great. I wonâ t be using them again and I plan on removing a lot more trees at the end of the year. Too bad for them.

do not hire this company, they send out mailers and advertise the things they will do , the mailer is false advertising, and it ends up costing you more, they advertising free removal, and then when the job is done, you see the stumps are still there, when ask them when they going to remove the stumps, their answer is they do not remove stumps, when you till them that is theft by deception, their is stop you're crying about it, and leave.

They came, gave a reasonable quote, and started right away. We had 3 trees removed that were very close to the garage. They had a large crew who worked well together to keep limbs from hitting the garage or crashing into the yard. Honestly, they are artists. They cleaned up nicely, and you could barely tell they were here, minus the trees, of course. Would gladly hire them again if we need more trees removed or pruned.

Tree removal service was great except they did not grind the stumps as they were supposed to. Be sure to ask for a written proposal before starting work!

I hired them to remove 4 trees. They showed up the next morning as expected. They took down the trees requested, cleaned up the area as they said they would. There was a couple of mishaps (it happens sometimes), but Jonathan made it right. Thus, good customer service. I had a great price to get this job done. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

Good but not cheap.

ABSOLUTELY avoid this contractor. They were scammer and vandal. They didn't finish their job and refused to provided business information so that I could apply for city permit. They lied that they did with the city and told me to lie about their provided services to the city. I refused and gave them bad review. Right after that, they started harrassing me by booming my phone with the calls and knocking on my door. I finally requested them to stop if not I would call a poiice. They left; however, an hour later they vandalized my house with big cut trees at the driveway. I will report them to the bussiness board and police.

Cheap & Great Tree Service quoted the best price to remove 24 Leyland Cyoress trees including stump grinding from my backyard. The crew arrived on time and they all were very nice to deal with. I was amazed at how quickly they finished the job and made sure my property was cleaned up. I definitely recommend them!

I want to give a shout out to Cheap and Great Tree Service. Mr Carlos and his team were very professional and affordable and did what they said they would do. I am very pleased with their service and plan to use them again. Shout out to Mr Carlos and his team!!! Ty! ð ð

Prompt and thorough

They do awesome work and they leave the yard better than how it was. We had 2 trees that were dangerous and leaning towards the house. The team work was awesome to watch. Thank you so much!!!!!

Shopped around and these guys had the best prices. When it came to the work, the crew that showed up was very nice and got straight to work. They were SUPER fast and did a great job of the clean up. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

They did a fantastic job cutting down a 70 ft huge oak tree. It was very close to our pool, fence, pool filter and pool house. They took it down piece by piece and did not hurt a thing. Their communication could be better but the quality of their work and expertise was excellent.

Cheap and Great Tree Services contacted me within hours of selecting them on Angi. They arrived on time and provided me a reasonable quote for trimming and pruning, four, Bradford Pear Trees. The crew was professional and did an excellent job trimming, while maintaining the character of the trees. I would definitely hire them again.

Simply put...These guys are the best! I had used a different tree service for many years, but after they didn't do a very satisfactory job, I decided to try Cheap & Great instead. I needed 3 large pine trees removed, along with a large pile of tree limbs. Two of the pine trees were nearly 100 ft. high, and had to be cut down in sections. The workers were obviously highly skilled, doing rope rigging and working with a tree climber. After the trees were down, the crew continued working until the entire area was cleaned up. When they had finished , the supervisor did a walk through with my wife & I both, to ensure we were satisfied with their work. I STRONGLY recommend Cheap & Great Tree Service, and if needed I would certainly hire them again.

They give me a good quote to remove 5 trees and I showed the man that came out which ones to cut. When the came out this man was not with them. I had already marked which trees I wanted cut plus one I had planned to do later. I showed the young man that did come the trees to cut but I don't think he was listening. The first tree he cut was the one I had planned to cut later. I did not say anything because I figured I did not make myself clear. They cut 3 more trees that I had marked in bright yellow paint then before I new it they skipped one that was marked and were cutting branches of one that I did not show him to cut. I stopped him and he called his brother which was the one I talked to earlier. He wanted to charge me for the work he did in that tree and refused to cut anymore than 5 trees even though it was partly their fault. And he wanted an extra $200 . I told him I would split that with him but he refused. I do have to say they did good work and cleaned up afterwards. But the free stump grinding that was offered they did not do. Best I can recommend if you use this make sure they understand exactly what you want ,do not leave any gray areas and stay with them which I did not do ,they just did not pay attention or I was not clear enough. Anyway if you keep a close eye on them they do good work. So I guess I am farley satisfied except for the miscommunication and no stump grinding

I called to have 4 Trees removed in my Backyard. I called on Tuesday evening and, Gonzalo was at my house at 9:15 am on Wednesday. I showed him the trees that I wanted cut down in the backyard and a tree in my front yard that needed pruning, now usually that takes place probably a week to two weeks before anyone comes out to actually do the work. He gave me a VERY reasonable quote for the project, and said he had a crate in the area that could be at my house around 1:00 pm on the same day! Wow! The crew arrived right on time and quickly began working. My trees that needed to come down weâ re located extremely close to my privacy fence and very close to my house as well. Everyone was awesome. Very respectful! I was very very happy with my service, and my yard looks great, I didnâ t go broke, and I got it done quickly!
