Excellent vets, techs, and office staff. Very responsive. We have gone there with four different animals and received routine annual services as well as treatment for some very serious conditions. They are wonderful.

We we described how ill he was, they made room for him even though an appointment wasn't available. Long story short, they saved his life. He had bilateral pneumonia and their caring and treatment helped him not just survive, but turn around quickly. They were very honest that he might not have a good outcome but they would do all they could. They described and shared his x-rays in detail and gave us written and verbal instructions. This is the first vet office I have been to where we trust the techs as much as we do the vets. Excellent, excellent people and facility.

Several times which was at the vet for boarding, he was being given food that he was not allowed to have because it would upset his IBD his irritable bowel disease for whom we saw a specialist yearly. Originally after that experience, the manager of that practice said he reprimanded the woman that fed him that food on that day and make sure she knew given that it was in all the record not to feed him anything but the kibbles that we brought in, and she continued to feed him doggie treats, food whatever it was that he was not allowed to have. It was not going to be good for him. That would make him sick. And, the manager's response when I called and said she's still doing it was that he did everything he could have done to stop that behavior by explaining it to her by already being in records and that there wasn't anything else he could do. His comments specifically was that I could remember what he want me to do give her a lie detector test. This was a really good practice but there was some staff changes. They also are larger vet facility so I think there is less, and this is my thought process only, I think that they have more difficulty managing individual feedings. It was still the same boarding person in the practice, so I was where there wasn't anything else I could do. We had to leave.

He get hot spots occasionally, they're little bacterial infections on the skin, and the one on his temple on his left side, they just needed to run on a test because it was routinely getting a hot spot there, and they could have and they didn't and what he did is he just had to live with that spot.

I thought that rocked. Many people (me included) might just as easily have said, Sorry, no can do, you'll have to wait until Monday or take her to the doggie ER. But they saw her, reassured me that it was probably no big deal, sent her home with an antibiotic because it was a little warm in that area, and a cone because it looked like she might have been licking at it a bit. And they did not act the least bit put out.
We've been going to them for decades, and this is part of why.

My dog came out looking glossy and smelling clean! There are two outer doors through which your pet would have to go to get loose in the street, and they are never, ever left propped open -- I like that sense of security. Dogs -- even the clinic dog -- are never let to roam around the facility without a leash attached to a human. The groomer has a way with animals -- my dog, who seems to instinctively distrust men, actually likes him! And he seems to like his clients -- doesn't just drag her off across the floor as if she were just another job. Stoops to greet her when she arrives, and again to say goodbye when I come to pick her up. Chats with her to put her at ease (insofar as it's possible for a dog to be at ease at the groomer).

The waiting area is immaculate, bright and offers plenty of room for pets and owners to spread out. Parking area is spacious. The groomer provides updates via phone, as needed. The staff is attentive, caring and thorough.
I have an older dog and a puppy, and both are eager to go to and quot;doctor dayand quot;!

Took the dog in Saturday for a large tick or growth on side of face. This was last minute visit. The tick or growth on right side of face. I thought was left side when discussing in person. The dog was taken to the back and no one noticed any issue. Returned home to find the growth or maybe tick still there. Even if it is a growth, somebody should have noticed the dogs large growth.

This is not our first visit to Bells Ferry Vet, but its about time I wrote a nice letter about them! The staff is very polite and professional. The vets take the time to explain the problems and treatment, and seem to genuinely care about our dogs. On this visit our mixed breed Truman had sliced open a part of the pad on one foot. We had no problem getting a quick appointment. They assessed the injury, explained what I need to do, gave me antibiotics and anti-inflammatory and sent us home. His foot is healing fine, and we are , as always, pleased with the service.
One suggestion, if they write you a script, it it probably cheaper to get filled at your regular pharmacy. But that is true of most vets.

They were so kind with us when one of our dogs got multiple seizures and we had to stop treatment. They were just amazing. They were ready when we called them that morning and told us that the treatment would not work. She had given us possible prognoses after examination and told us what to watch out for. Our dog ended up having multiple seizures the next night and we had to bring him in. Once we got there they had us in a little room and had a special bed for our dog. We got to be there when he died. We’ve also boarded our dogs there in the past. They were recommended to us by one of our colleagues. We’ll be taking our dog again in Christmas for boarding and vet care. Dr. Robbin Temple is the name of the vet. They are very good, but are probably a little bit more on the expensive side. They send us reminder cards for the vaccinations.

They are excellent. They use state-of-the-art equipment, they are efficient and they truly care about the animals. It is easy to get an appointment, and they get you in on time. I have been going there for about thirteen years.

I like them but they are not the closest and the best priced place around. The doctors are all very nice and it is a very clean clinic but I only use them when I my other vet is not around.

Doctor Susan Wynn is a fantastic holistic and homeopathic veterinarian. She really takes excellent care of my dogs and they seem to love her. She is very professional and very knowledgeable to the extent that she holds conferences all over the country. I highly recommend her services and will continue to go there myself.

They have a beautiful facility with boarding services too. I like them because they have a wide range of skills in the staff. They have the new ones as well as the senior vets, and the combination of the new ones knowing the last things in the field and the old ones with their experience makes me feel protected by them. The price I paid was for three or four ear appointments.

All of the doctors at this hospital are women and I like using Dr. Ortly. I think that they are very thorough and they are convenient to get to. I think what I paid was standard for a veterinarian visit; they gave my dog three kinds of pills and I paid for some lab work.
