Acworth Transfer

Awesome demo agreement, however we decided no to follow out the process, due to slow movement, lack of communication, and expired permits. May I add not all on Atlas. Once the decision was made to abort this process I contact Atlas and was able to speak to Kyle Tripp, and told him I wanted to cancel. He didnt raise a fuss but gave me some hefty deductions on work he said he had already completed. Cool, I really do understand that 100%, deduct it and, send me over the reports that i'm paying for along with me check. He said no problem, he would get the check right out to me. A few weeks go by, and I notice no check. So I called back and left a message, he didnt return my call, so I called back the next day and I was informed that the message had been passed on, and that he had to go over the numbers to see what exatly he owed me..... Interesting we had already gone over them.... but ok. Called his cell, <which now is forbidden to be given out>, and he assured me that he would be completing a job that week, and the check would be in the mail. He it is several weeks later and I cant reach him. Neither have I seen my money. Where im from thats called a Thief!!! I had actually thought about using him agin until now.... The Head of the company has Integrity issues,so you can't expect much more from the company.
