That time I paid for the service that they did, and I'm happy with them. They started the air condition it had some problem, and they wanted the thermostat to be changed, so I had to so that and part of the contract they had to give the unit, everything works well. They changed the system that was installed it was frozen, and was due to the dirty filter. They cleaned the water, replaced the filter and changed the site of the thermostat and everything was working and the tenants were satisfied. They came there and left the system was frozen, they said we had to wait but they didn't charge me extra for the coming and going. They have known the problem quickly, because making a delay or just giving false information, correct diagnose, resolved it fast, and letting the system run as quickly as possible. They are very good.

The timing when my system failed I called them and they came 3 days after with a team and replaced the air condition quickly, the timing was important it was summer and they did a good job on time, and that was I think was impressive.

They are excellent, I have worked with them for years. I have a 2-story house and 2 air conditioning, the upper level heater was not working. I called them, they came immediately and they found something was wrong and quickly fixed that one. They didn't charge me at all for the service because they have installed the system in summer and it was cooling down but I think apparently they didn't check for the maybe heating because it was for the upper level we didn't use extensively because we are usually at the lower level which has another air condition, but then  we had some company and they said they wanted to have heat up stairs and it's not working, so they came as part of their contract at least one year service on the system. They came and repaired it quickly, I think something minor was not working so they didn't charge me anything. The most is the price is very reasonable, usually better than any other company, the price is good, they are very honest, they don't try to cheat you or over charge you. I have been using them for over five years, I will definitely use them again, I have recommended them for families and other friends and they are all satisfied with their performance.
