UPHOLSTERY CREATIONS BY BARBARA

In August she took a 1500.00 deposit took just our love seat saying the ob would take a few weeks. It dragged on and on, always with different excuses until we go tthe month of November and she STILL had not delivered. She began to not return phone calls or emails and then turned very nasty. We called and emailed her every day for at least 3 weeks asking her when our job would be done and when she bothered ot answer she would always saying she was working on it. Finally after Thanksgiving we got hold of her and She said she had the loveseat finished but had no room in her shop for us to bring in the rest of our furniture. At this point my husband told her she was fired. He went and picked up the love seat and it was a mess. She also put white plastic zippers in a black love-seat, the cording was all lumpy and the stitching was all crooked. I had to hire another upholsterer to re-do the mess she had made, which cost me over 300.00 and fortunately, the new upholsterer, from Lutz, did a fantastic job. I only wish I had found him first.
