TV Repair
If this wasn't being paid for by a third party, I would have ordered and fixed the tv myself. My claim was put in on December 26th. Now here I am 3 weeks later with no TV and no ETA on when it will be complete. I was told the part was ordered weeks ago but when I call, no one seems to have an idea of what is going on. I would never spend my own finances on such horrible service.

TV Repair
The store that I purchased this television from chose to use this electronics store to fix my Polariod TV that was covered under warranty - as I had purchased the 2 year extended plan. I had been given a claim number by the store on May 12 and didn't hear anything until May 16. I called TB Electronics and they said that they had ordered the part - even though they never came out to look at the TV. It is now July 15th and after numerous calls they can't find the part. The TV is less than 2 years old and I find it very hard to understand why this is taking so long. I would like them to get moving on this, because I need to get my TV fixed. When I call, they have been extremely unresponsive to my questions and I'm always forced to leave a message for the manager who never calls me back.
