SCUMBUSTER SERVICES

Due to the nature of their business they hit a bad run of weather in the two afternoons we had scheduled. I don't blame them for this it was uncontrollable. They asked if they could be my first stop the next day, which was agreed to, they had another customer that was demanding a certian time and I was willing to be more flexible. The moved all the plants and other items that could be harmed by the bleach they were using and put them back and asked if that was exactly where I wanted them and were willing to take the time to ensure I was happy. Because of the package I purchased they were only supposed to do the front of the house, but they went above and beyond to do my walkway and driveway. Work was fast, people were really nice and easy to deal with and when I was done they provided me with a referral card for my neighbors if asked. I think what set them apart for me was not only were they willing to go above and beyond for me - they were working hard for a customer that wasn't so nice to them to ensure they satisfied them. Not often to people these days work this **** ** their customer service as well as their craft. The rocks on the house were spotless and looked great. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
