Reutimann Collision Repair

My Toyota Sienna was rear-ended in 2018. Reutimann worked on the vehicle and returned it to me fairly quickly and it looked great. Little did I know that for the next 20 months, my family would be traveling in a DEATH TRAP. We had an ongoing problem with the liftgate that Reutimann was unable to fix permanently. Only when I took the vehicle to another shop, and they stripped it down, did I see that Reutimann had left large gaps in the unseen body work, that they had glued together parts that must be welded, that they have left the pillar column bent (hence the liftgate problem), and that water had seeped into the base and rusted the panels. HAD WE BEEN REAR-ENDED AGAIN, THE VEHICLE WOULD HAVE FALLEN APART. I contacted my insurance company and they confirmed that the repair job was completely botched but since I had chosen Reutimann (based on stellar reviews), it was my problem. Greg Reutimann sent me an insulting note offering a measly $5,000 for a vehicle that had a trade-in value of over $20,000 when they ruined it. Unless you are an expert in vehicle repair, do not be fooled by Randy’s sweet talk and Reutimann’s online reviews. Their underlying work is shoddy and incompetent, and they will deny responsibility. Most important of all, do not put your life or those of your loved ones at risk because of Reutimann.

They did an excellent job. Car was brand new at time of collision and after their repairs it looks like new again. Good communication throughout the process. They did exceed estimate time of repair slightly, but part of the problem was getting parts on a brand new car during coronavirus shutdowns.

My car was hit, while parked at a shopping center. Damage to passenger front door & front bumper. Took it to Reutimann's and Matt took care of me. They did a super job with the repair. My car now looks brand new. They handled all the paperwork with the other driver's insurance company. Everyone at the shop that I interacted with was highly professional and super nice. I highly recommend them if you are in need of any kind of repair work.

They went to bat for me in negotiating enough coverage from my insurance company to pay for everything except my deductible (almost $4000.00), and the car looks like the day I brought it home from the dealer! Randy kept me informed along the way, and couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and professional. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else, including all the "better known" collision repair shops in Tampa. Why go anywhere else??

Went to dealership for estimate. They do not do repairs, but sent to the shop they always use. Same day went there. Got immediate service and an estimate in writing. Checked with insurance, they liked the company. Set a date. Dropped the car off. Picked it up on time per the estimate. LOOKS BEAUTIFUL!

My husband sustained damage to his 2011 Nissan Maxima when he rear ended another car. After doing a search on Angie's List and cross referencing this with our State Farm insurance, we chose Reutimann's. Their location was close and convenient to our home. They towed the vehicle on a flat bed truck to their facility and completed the repair while we were on vacation. The staff was friendly and professional which boosted my husband's confidence in them restoring his car to it's brand new condition! I would highly recommend Reutimann's for their excellent body work.

They did a beautiful job. I had been hit by another driver which created some minor damage. They did an excellent job with the repair. I dealt with several people there and they were all very nice.
