Window Treatment Service
On the sliding door cornice with jabot, the fabric seam misplaced and prominent, very noticeable. I immediately brought it to the attention of the installers who recommended calling Regency's sales representative, Peggy Farley, which I did on the day of installation. Peggy stated she would speak with the drapery maker and call me the following Monday. By Thursday, I did not hear from her and recalled Regency, leaving a message on their voicemail. To date, 7/29/2011, there has been no response from Peggy or another Regency representative.
