lawn mower repair
 + -1 moreTotal repairs would be in excess of 500.00. I was told that every pulley in the unit was bad. Labor and parts were again over 500.00. I asked if they had any used units, knowing that I was not going to invest that amount of money in the mower. They had zero used units, advised me that the mower was not worth the total that was required to make it functional again. So I made arrangements to pick the mower up. We brought it home to look at the bad pulleys only to find they weren't bad at all...they (was really one pulley) lacked any grease and could not move freely. So we greased it up, installed a new belt and it runs PERFECT. Now I didn't go into all the details of the crap they ran on us but I can tell you this. NOTHING they said was true. Cost for them to say it will cost us 500 bucks to repair was 60.00 and the cost of the belt was 21.00. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST...BECAUSE IT WILL COST YOU!
Description of Work: Pasco took in our lawn mower for repairs on a slipped belt. We were told week to a week and half before they could get to it. After two and a half weeks we called them to find out they have not looked at it. Was the told work was taking about two weeks. But since they had our lawn mower for over that I asked how long. Management called me back and said they would look at the issue immediately! So at the three week mark they called me for an estimate for a slipped belt.
