So kind and courteous! We were looking to find ways to add value to our home right before we sold it and Mr. Electric of Land O Lakes did not disappoint!!! We ended up adding a surge protector and corrected some hazards around the house before putting it on the market. We highlighted the surge in our posting and the buyers even commented on how it was a nice touch. (What a bonus!!) When they came out, they were professional and knowledgeable. I usually get nervous when having service companies come out for estimates / work when my husband is not home, but this company made me feel so comfortable. I even got a text when he was on his way with a picture of him, a bio and a tracker. So I knew exactly when he was going to get to my home and knew what he looked like. I will call them out for upgrades we want to do on our forever home. I feel highly confident recommending them to my friends and family - I know they will take care of them.

The tech was very nice and professional...had to do a “free” home inspection before replacing GFI...a waste of time checking outlets, smoke alarms, etc. Items as responsible homeowners, we monitor. Charged $206.81 to install a GFI receptacle, which was about a 15 minute job. Yes, we could have refused service but were anxious to get our Christmas lights back working.
