Joe Lyman was terrible to deal with. I put a deposit of $800 on fencing materials. It took 4 days for my check to clear, so he could order materials. He only paid $518 on the materials. He dropped off the materials. He promised daily he would be at my home to install the fence for a dog run. Something always came up. He didn't show up and he didn't call and let me know he wasn't coming until late in the day. He made all kinds of excuses. I don't think the excuses he told me were true. I got so frustrated, I asked another fencing contractor to do the job. There were posts and hardware missing. The fencing contractor who did the job used his own concrete. I ended up paying extra for materials that Joe Lyman should have provided. Joe is rude. He's dishonest and he takes advantage of people.

I paid Joey Lyman a $3,400 deposit in April for a fence project, and months later I still have nothing to show for it. No materials were delivered, no work was ever started, and no refund has been provided despite multiple promises. Throughout this time, Joey has made excuse after excuse and has not taken accountability. I?ve given him every opportunity to make it right, but he continues to avoid paying me back. At this point, I am pursuing this matter legally. Beware before giving him any money up front. My experience has been stressful, costly, and a huge waste of time.

Nightmare of an experience. We gave him $3000 in April as a down payment for our fence. It is the end of August and we don?t have our money nor a fence. He has been giving us the runaround for months blaming his supplier on why he hasn?t refunded us our money. At first I gave him the benefit of the doubt since I understand business can be tough sometimes, but after over 5 months of nothing, I?m upset. Do not work with this man or business unless you want to stare at your fenceless backyard and go to court to get your money back. Work with a legit company instead and save yourself the headache and frustration.

The installation itself was quick and efficient?completed in just two days?and the workmanship is top-notch. The fence is sturdy, level, and looks great.
