"We apologize completely, there was two quotes one to replace equipment with the same equipment which was approx. $900 and the other was to replace it with updated conversion which would of cost approx. $560. I do apologize that we did not get back in touch with you, and for what reason, I don't know. That is not the way we like to do business. I truly feel a happy customer is a returning customer so if there is anything we can do for you please don't hesitate to call the office and I will make sure that you are taken care of. "I apologizes for any inconvenience, after we went out there the 3rd time and found the problem to be a hose draped half in the water siphoning the water out. I was under the impression that the problem was taken care of. We do have a 30 day warranty on our labor, if you would of called I would of gladly send London back out. I am sorry that your problem did not get solved. If you would like to give us a call I am sure we can work something out. I am a true believer that a happy customer is a returning customer. Called for repair and staff was very accommodating on coming out and diagnosing problem and fixing on site. Called before coming and was on time.
