Jennifer,was on time,she showed up will all her cleaners. And her own vacuum cleaner too. She does a very good job .everything was fresh and clean. Her communication was spot on.

Kind worker, but slow and unsure of what needed to be done at times. I ended up vacuuming, dusting and asking for some help w/mopping. I debated on this review because I believe in seeing the best in others, and just feel like it did not meet our needs. **After reading the owner's response, I want to say I meant the rating to be a 3 and I would recommend her, especially if you have a smallish place and have very specific requirements. Everybody has 'off' days, and we just needed more than what was done that day. I meant no harm with the earlier review, so edited it to more positively reflect the good from that job.

Keyword here, you ended up asking for some help with keyword help you didn't want a cleaner you wanted a helper. You were too high-strung for me, also."

I specifically asked her to clean the bathroom and when I got home it was a mess. She sprayed a lot of Lysol around and that was about it. She didn't vacuum either.

"She had alot of black mold in her bathroom that you couldn't get rid of in a two hour cleaning i left a bottle of bleach with her to fix the problem but that wasnt good enough for her . I also used a whole bottle of cleaner w/bleach to try to fix the mold but it just wasnt working im sorry you feel i didnt do well but i did the best i could with what you had and yes i did to vacuum thank you"
