+ -1 moreTotally unsatisfied. A horrible experience being without a TV that length of time, only got it back with problem unsolved. Not once did this company call me to inform me of any problems they were having getting parts etc, (me or my wife called them).
Description of Work: The company indicated that he had to send off for a "sweep board" from his supplier in IL. I was promised upon receipt he would complete the work. However, board was sent out on such and such date, but when I called after 2 weeks I was told board did not arrive. When board did arrive it was defective.
