Pest Control
They were our pest control company for over 10 years. I recently found out that a neighbor has the same company and they pay half of what we have been paying. When I questioned the owner I was told the reason was that my neighbor came to them from another provider and so they were given a different rate.
I also found out, belatedly, that I had the "upper" level of service which I rarely needed to advantage of. I am disappointed that the company never suggested once, in over 10 years, that it might make more sense for us to change our level of service thereby saving us money. I was actually unaware of another option.
My home was treated once a year for bugs...I was subsequently told by a local store that sells products to do your own pest control that there is no product on the market that lasts for a whole year. We were just lucky that we did not have significant bug problems.
When I expressed my concerns and displeasure we were not offered any adjustments for service. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
