It was one of the best experiences I've had with an air conditioner repair. Casey, the lady that answers the phone, was so professional and so pleasant to talk to. She told me that AJ would be coming out to repair the air conditioner. AJ came out and he figured out the problem right away. They ordered the part because it was a special relay for my blower. He came out the next day and fixed the a/c and cleaned out the condensation line for us. AJ was very professional also. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. The whole thing was a very pleasant experience.

On 07/05/16, Thomas Y. and his assistant came out late in the evening as an emergency call even though the unit was still running because I did not know if the water pouring out of the (air handler) unit would continue to damage my walls inside my house. That night, he was very professional and blew out the drain line even though he was not sure that was the problem as it didn't match where the water was coming from. Based on the green mold growing on the floor, and the further damage to my walls inside the closet where the air handler is located, the unit has been periodically still pouring water from somewhere other than the drain line (which appears to be the same place as I originally noticed on 07/05/16), so I called Thomas on 07/28/16 shortly before 5 p.m. and he said he was at an install but would come out that night even though it would be late and he would call first. He never called or arrived. I would have appreciated the call if he was not coming due to someone else's more urgent situation (like having no air at all rather than intermittent leaking). I spent the evening waiting at home for nothing.
