Inspection appeared great. Three months afterwards a roof leak appeared. Inspection showed massive staining indicating roof had been leaking for many years. Accucheck completely missed this, and as a result we were unable to make a timely claim against seller of house. I have written Accucheck about this, and they have refused to respond.

"RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED BY PATRICK GRAHAM, OWNER OF ACCUCHECK HOME INSPECTION SERVICE. CLIENT FAILED TO NOTIFY US OF ANY CONCERN. REALTOR CALLED US STATING CLIENT HAD A POTENTIAL CONCERN WITH THE ROOF. CLIENT REFUSED TO ALLOW US TO FURTHER INVESTIGATE HIS CLAIMS ONCE CONTACTED. WE DID REFUND HIS MONEY VIA REALTOR'S WORD THAT THE CUSTOMER WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH INSPECTION; AS WE WOULD FOR ANY CLIENT NOT HAPPY WITH OUR SERVICES; (HE WAS NUMBER 2 IN 11 YEARS.) WITH OVER 5000 INSPECTIONS COMPLETED AND AN INSTRUCTOR FOR THE NATION'S LARGEST SCHOOL OF HOME INSPECTIONS WE STAND BEHIND OUR REPUTATION AND SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. GIVE US A TRY FOR YOUR SELF."
