Problem was simple that had HUGE consequence. Larry forgot to put water supply line back on bib inside washer.
When washer put in use for a load we did not discover until hours later that water flooded the house. Tiles and carpets.
Had to rent a Rug Doctor to suck up water from under tiles and carpets in laundry, foyer, dining, living and family rooms. Cost $40 and a whole lot of hurried labor.
AAA owner came out with Larry, fixed the fix and refunded $100 on a $200 service call that cost me $40 and a PO'd wife.
Exact service date unknown as did not denote date, however am still PO'd about it and have now joined Angies' List so want my complaint on file.
No action other than that required.
Would never have Larry nor AAA out again, not to be confused with other "AAA Appliance" businesses in the region.
