Corey and his team are amazing! They helped me with every step along the way. I contacted him on Friday and in less than a week my roof, gutters, and inspections were complete. Everyone with the organization was polite and did an amazing job! They also took time to ensure I had all my questions answered. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs roofing repairs.

It went great! They quoted a very fair price. Showed up on time, and completed the job faster than expected. I was very surprised to find more work done than quoted. They had found a couple more bad spots and went ahead and fixed those also for the same price quoted. That's service that you just don't see anymore! Great people who work hard to earn and maintain a great reputation!

We originally signed a contract with this vendor for a new shingled roof. After having second thoughts about our decision, we asked the contractor to stop by again to answer some questions and talk about a rubber roof instead of shingles. Even though the owner has a tendency to want to close the sale quickly, he was more than happy to answer all of our questions. We decided on a rubber roof because it is installed over the current shingled roof and there is a layer of 4and quot; Styrofoam which will provide added insulation. The 30-year rubber is installed on top of the Styrofoam and secured to the roof with the white side up. The rubber sheets are overlapped, heat sealed and vents are caulked. They also sealed off a vent that is no longer used. The work crew came on the day scheduled and had the roof installed within 4 hours. The area was neat and clean upon completion. The owner stopped by to make sure everything went well. Payment was credit card only. We chose this contractor because he has 40 years of experience in this area, has roofed many buildings in our park, and he is a local contractor with a local office. He will also warranty the roof for and quot;lifeand quot; or as long as we own our home. We are very happy with our roof and it looks very sharp with our new paint job!

Richard Bartlett came out the very next day after I called, to view the roof and provide an estimate for the repairs. He brought along his tile roof expert to assist and discuss what work would be needed. Richard provided his estimate, which I felt was a very fair price for the work to be done. We set an appointment to do the repairs the very next morning at 8 am. Richard's tile man showed up next day right on time and got right to work. The total job took him roughly 4 hours to complete. He was very thorough and competent. I could tell this gentleman knew what he was doing. I really appreciated his efforts and professional repair, and his final inspection of the entire roof. He went the extra mile to do some repairs to the tile grout in several spots. Once the job was done, he did a great job cleaning up and I certainly felt comfortable with the end results. Richard advised he would back the repairs with a 2 year warranty, too. Excellent Job!
