The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they promised to send before and after pics of job. I'm still waiting. As a business owner myself, this is not the way you get and keep customers. Word gets around. It's a little thing, but important.

We had a leak in the bathroom coming from the vent in the ceiling that sits on the roof. Scott said it was because the shingles were not sealed. Scott could have sold us a new extrusion but didn't. We would have said ok as we were not going on the roof. So thankyou to Scott for being honest and also coming when he said he would. When we need a new roof it is Scott we will call.?

Scott showed up to give us an estimate less than an hour after we contacted him. We found him to be very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He let us know that his crew could be there the next day to repair our roof. Another company we called couldn't even give us an estimate until a week later! Scott's crew arrived right on time the next morning. We were completely satisfied with the results and would highly recommend Scott Blackman Roofing.

Fist day Scott came to check the leak and gave the estimate. After we accepted contract, next day Scott sent someone to come fixing the leak. Now, we have to wait until raining season to see result. Unlike another company, a guy came to look it without any estimate or response. I recommend this company if you need fast service.

Very professional. Came out and did a thorough check of our roof ( we noticed a small leak after the storm) and advised us on what our options were. We were so relieved that it was nothing major and he said it was a simple fix. He came back the next day and did the work. Haven't noticed any more leaks. Very grateful that he was honest and reliable.

From the estimate through completion Scott was a pleasure to work with. Prompt,professional and honest . Although this was a small repair he has given me extra time to prepare for a total re-roof. As he was on my roof during the estimate he found a problem that he said he could not walk away from, he fixed it and told me that whether I used him or not, he could not walk away leaving the roof the way it was. That says it all, I will call him when I`m ready to do the entire roof.

I got 3 estimates, Scott was the only one who got up on the roof and poked around. I had a leak around a chimney on a fairly new roof. The cost was double the other estimates, but the only one to see the need new shingles, replacing some of the Hardy board, building a cricket, and all new flashing.
