Much to our surprise, the service people arrived in only one (1) hour from the time of original phone call, we expected it to be a day or so before they could schedule an appointment. They worked quickly and efficiently, job was completed in about an hour. We will definitely use them again in the future.

After being told by Rotor Rooter serviceman that my drainfiled was shot, I contacted Shelley's who had originally installed the system when the home was built 10 years ago. Serviceman came out and found it was a pump float issue in my 2nd tank (two tank system that Roto Rooter worker evidently understand). Honest folks - I highly recommend!
