The owners were very cordial and appeared professional when we hired them. Always called if running late. Showed up on time for the prep work and removal of original driveway and forming of other concrete structures. Worked very hard in 90-degree heat. However, we were unable to walk on concrete to inspect the job once they cleaned up per the contract. We paid them the full balance, trusting that their work was satisfactory when they finished the job. A couple of days later, when we could finally walk on the concrete, we found very sloppy work; uneven surfaces; big gouges where the broom finish we requested was done; numerous swirls in the finish; the broom finish on the back yard patio was so rough, it felt like walking on a bed of nails in bare feet. The concrete on the City right-of-way had large black spots on the concrete that looked horrible! I contacted them by text to tell them we needed them to come back to show them the issues, but they were going out of town on a planned vacation. When they came back, it took about a week of calling and texting them to get James to come to the house. He had every excuse in the book for why the job turned out the way it did. He even told me that the City right-of-way passed inspection. When I called the City to confirm, I was told that they were never called. They sent an inspector the next day, who actually passed the job, stating that they do not deal with aesthetics of the work. James asked for 30 days to come back and make the repairs due to the constant rain, to which I agreed. 45 days later, I emailed them, and then a few weeks later, and no response. We are upset beyond belief. We were unable to have a nice Christmas with our family because we now have to pay another contractor to fix their mess, to the tune of between $5,000 and $8,000. We read on your website and another referral website that a number of other homeowners had very negative experiences with these people.

Terrible. We hired this company (Mr. James Bulloch) on 9 June 2017 to replace our concrete driveway in the rear of our house. We had to provide half the cost of the project ($2000.00 out of total cost of $4000.00) up front for materials. He managed to rip out approximately 90% of the old concrete and then the problems started. He would not return our calls/text messages, said he would send people out to continue the work - nobody showed up. After 8 weeks, we're left with no driveway and he won't respond to our repeated requests for a partial refund on the work performed. DO NOT use this company they do not live up to what they promise. Most unprofessional contractor I've ever worked with. See attached pictures of my torn up driveway!

They were on time and we're done in three days.
