Phillip Kurt Rowell lics# CBC1260514 and CCC1330875 a FRAUD! He is passive aggressive and a psychopath! He pretty much said he couldn't work under pressure because I wanted biweekly updates!!! Never answer his phone, would text me and say " your patio will be the best on the block! He would put me off, and "the engineer" was holding the show up! Today marks 5 months and no Patio Roof! Come to find out, this experience is a blessing in disguise! New contractor starts Tuesday!

Rude and Belligerent, I requested a quote the representative did not show up. Stating he had the wrong address, I called the owner Philip to inform him of this mishap and he was very belligerent. Save yourself the aggravation do not even request a quote not worth it from this company.

He was excellent. Looks brand new and he is coming back to do another project.

Gator City team (Philip and Cody) were excellent with this job. Their estimate was the best, they arrived 2 days after the estimates and completed the job in 1/2 day. They were safe, courteous, and very helpful to explain and show us what was going on. They got a good color match on replacement shingles and cleaned up all debris. I recommend them for good work and reasonable prices.

Work was done. Leak got worse. They came out to repair again. Still leaked. Came out again. It was good for a couple of months. Still under work guarantee period. Had to keep calling for them to come out again. Still leaked. They came out again. Still leaked. They came out again. A couple of months later, leaked again. Called a different company. Because not properly repaired, we now have damage to the wood of the roof and have to replace not only shingles but part of the roof.

Not well, I had a 4 point inspection done on my home prior to putting on the market. A few singles and other minor issues were noted on the roof. I contacted Gator City Roofing and they was told they could take care of the issues. The next day a tech came buy to ***** the roof. He told me he had to get some shingles and would return. I had to go to an appointment and upon my return I found about 10 shingles sitting in the drive way. I called the office and was told the shingles were left for future use if needed. Fast forward 2 months, house is under contract and home inspection is done, inspection finds the exact same issues supposedly fix in January. The service I paid for never got completed. After contacting Gator the did send another tech out there who apparently took care of the issues. Now I need paperwork showing completion to clear inspection for closing. Gator will not take my calls or answer my text. I still in a James I close next week. Bad unethical business here. I got hosed by these guys. Look for someone else

Great. Gunnar fixed the leak in the roof, and, so far, so good.

He slapped some crap on it and said to call him if we had any more problems. It rained and still leaked, could not get him to come back out. Totally ripped me off!
