I can not speak highly enough of Jason Everetts. He was honest, professional, communicative, reliable. A pleasure to work with. Jason managed independent contractors (like flooring install) as well as did his own work (painting, doors trim, etc). Went above and beyond - picking up material, taking care of small unplanned details, etc. without additional cost. NO expensive "change orders". There were more problem's with this remodel - none Jason's fault - than with any other project I have done. But Jason dealt with each issue successfully and enthusiastically. As an absentee owner (I live in Orlando) it was a pleasure to have Jason take care of the project. His price was extremely fair. Worth every penny. I have done several remodels. None has had a better manager than Jason. I would use him again in a heartbeat. He gets the highest recommendation I could give. If you want someone to do a great job at a fair price, and communicate with you... then choose Jason!

He showed up on time and got the work done to our satisfaction. We were actually very pleased with both jobs. After the chimney repair we had another company out to replace the chimney cap and he commented about what a good job Jason did on the chimney. Jason also saved us money as he felt the stucco front of the house did not need to be painted. We have more work to be done and we'll have him back to do those as well.

Jason is wonderful to work with and handles all renovation needs. We needed renovations completed on our house ASAP, and he was the only contractor that got back to me. He was able to start right away, and we are very happy with the results. He always has helpful suggestions, and we actually had him work on additional projects. I would recommend!

I would highly recommend this provider to anyone who is wanting great service, great prices, and a diligent worker. Mr. Everetts was able to preform beautiful tile work and painting for us. No detail was left unfinished. We have a list of other items we want for him to complete for us! Great guy, couldn't be more pleased!

Working with Jason was great. I understood that my job was a small one and he was up front with the fact that he was working it into his schedule but he showed up when he said he would and was honest and professional. Before he left my home, he cleaned up the kitchen very nicely. Best of all, my kitchen backsplash looks beautiful! I would not hesitate to call him again.

"The original agreement was to paint the kitchen cabinets and the kitchen walls. Once on premises customer stated she decided not to tackle the task on her own of the tile back splash. I stated to customer that I would do this in between jobs and providing the thin set adhesive for the project, I also stated for the very low price of $300.00 that I was going to try and wait for another tile project as I needed to purchase a glass cutting blade for the wet saw. I was trying to keep the costs low despite of the 2 trips needed to complete said project. With the materials purchased for the back splash close to $100.00 the price was very feasible. "The Project did not take place at specified date. The project was a pressure washing job and not in ceramic tile category. The premises was in dire need of pressure washing and I spent over $80.00 In gas and chemicals to clean said property. Now once I have removed all the dirt and fungus from walls and overhangs I am sure it can be done for a lesser amount. Customer Agreed to the amount of $300.00 And I am sorry if I did not meet her needs!!"

The project went great! Jason was very patient with us as we were making decisions on tile, vanities, vanity tops, fixtures, paint color, etc. He was great to work with. We moved the tub to where the shower was and went with a smaller jetted tub that Jason built a frame for and we put the shower where the large corner jacuzzi tub was and made it a large doorless shower with two shower heads. We absolutely love our new bathroom and will definitely use Jason for future projects.

Jason was great. He asked us if it was okay to arrive at 7:00 AM, which was good with us and was always on time. He worked late in order to finish our project as quickly as possible. We went on a trip in the middle of the process and I felt very comfortable leaving him with my home. When we weren't completely happy with something he was very happy to make the changes necessary. He worked with other contractors well (Plumber, electrician and a closet installer he wasn't expecting). My shower is absolutely gorgeous. I am very satisfied with his work and would highly recommend him.

IT WAS INSTALLED IN ONE DAY AFTER WE WAITED FOR THE DOOR TO BE ORDERED. EVERYTHING WENT VERY WELL. HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY

Jason was very prompt in his response and always courteous. It was a 3 day job and he cleared the garage every evening so that we can park our car back into the garage. He has gone above and beyond by painting the dry wall a different color. Very flexible with scheduling - My husband travels every week and requested that Jason to work on the project only when he is around. And Jason found a time that could work for both him and us. Will definitely work with Jason on our future remodeling projects.
