Could not have asked for a better or more honest man

They were very good. They came to check and service the units. The person was very nice and knew what he was doing. He explained everything. I had him come out in another house as the unit was leaking and he came right away. The house was up for sale and so when he came he took off his shoes and didn't want to get the carpet dirty. He was very considerate. His price was not much. He is very efficient and knowledgeable. He explains things to you. Some of the people who come to your house treat you like an idiot and you are paying the bill. Callaway is very good. I ask a lot of questions and others get annoyed but he was good with me. He came right out and was very responsive. I'm glad I found him as I had a couple of bad experiences with people.
