My husband and I are in the process of buying a beach house nearby. We asked Chad to review our inspection report and let us know if he had concerns. He went to the house, contacted the realtor to be let in, and basically did his own inspection. He discovered that the things that looked like "little" issues on the inspection were in fact huge issues, and that the roof needed replacing on the house. He then called in a roofing guy to get us an estimate, kept in contact with me the entire time about his findings, and ended up printing a summary of expenses we could expect to spend on replacing the roof. He refuses to take any money for his efforts, and is in my opinion a God-send. He will likely save us thousands and thousands of dollars, and I'm so grateful. Thank you Chad.
