Tom arrived on time, explained how he was going to clean the surface, and completed the job. All the concrete surfaces look great.

He answered the phone call promptly, gave me an estimate, came when scheduled and seemed genuinely concerned about doing a good job. The work done I would say was fair. He did not clean the summer kitchen unit or table and chairs on the patio when aiming the hose for a couple minutes would've done so. I did not re-hire the last one for this same reason.

"I am disappointed that she did not communicate to me her concerns. Perhaps she did not understand that some people actually get upset and complain when I do more work than what was ordered, at no extra charge. (yes, this has happened to me). If she had told me that she wanted the furniture cleaned as well, I would have done it at little to no additional charge, as is my practice, regardless of whether or not I had put my equipment away. Communication is the key to maintaining a good reputation in this business, and it is very important to me to make sure my customers are happy."

Tom called me back the same day and set up an appt for the next day. He was prompt and gave me an affordable estimate for all the work that needed to be done on a nearly black walkway. No one had ever been able to completely remove the residue with pressure washing so I was not hoping for any miracles. I came home after he left and was so shocked at how GREAT everything looked! No dried rivulets of water dried down the sides, everything looked nearly white and new. I was amazed and very, very happy with his service. I will most definitely be referring Tom to anyone that needs pressure washing from now on. He also does chemical roof cleaning.
