Thomas Homes and Construction, Inc., offers professional residential home inspections around Orange and Seminole County. We do very thorough inspections and we are sure that you will be pleased with our attention to detail. Our written reports will be e-mailed to you in a PDF form and they are very detailed and easy to understand. We will send a full report, as well as a summary report, which will list any deficiencies found. Our reports are e-mailed out the very next day following the inspection. Inspector agreed to perform certain inspection screenings that he did not follow through with. He was unhelpful in getting these important screenings taken care of after the fact. Other than that, he was fine.

Tom is amazing!!! This was the first time that I have used Angie's List so I was unsure of how it worked. I was literally looking at the top 3 results page when my phone rang....and it was Tom. I explained my situation regarding the insurance company requiring a roof inspection and he understood. He explained the process and told me that he could come out in two days. When he showed up he was super polite and very knowleable. He explained the entire process to me again and put me at ease when we passed the inspection. Super friendly and smart!! I would hire him again for any needs that I may have in the future!!

Tom Marvulli was prompt, very thorough, and very professional. He arranged to meet us when we arrived in Orlando so we could be present. Tom did a great job, identified some important issues that we would not have noticed and we would not know how to determine whether the issues were significant or not. He has saved us money and we have a detailed report with photos within less than 24 hours!! Excellent job and a pleasure to deal with. His cost is reasonable and his high quality service is well worth it! We trust him. Thank you!
