Thomas Homes and Construction, Inc., offers professional residential home inspections around Orange County and Seminole County. We do very thorough inspections and we are sure that you will be pleased with our attention to detail. Our written reports will be e-mailed to you in a PDF form and they are very detailed and easy to understand. We will send a full report, as well as a summary report, which will list any deficiencies found. Our reports are e-mailed out the very next day following the inspection.
