They promised to provide shutters and to box in my windows, but in the end they did none of these items. They damaged my window screens while installing soffits, and they did poor work around the chimney. He even yelled at me when I pointed out my concerns to him. I then found that they never acquired permits for the work and hadn't done so for 2 years. Now, they won't return my calls.

They got a permit on April 27 2007, and began the work within a week. Only one worker showed up so it went very slowly. We added the inside ceiling work after seeing what the porch ceiling looked like. A further deposit of $1800 was required for this. He finished the outside, except for some trim and replacement of electrical and cable connections, and the flag pole which was previously mounted on the corner of the house. He asked for payment, saying he would return the next week to finish the little bit to do and anything else I found amiss as it was late and too dark to inspect. He asked for payment in 2 checks under $10,000 each. We never saw him again after that. After repeated calls, Kim Counts finally came to look at the work, agreed that it was unfinished (some vinyl had fallen off,) and said someone would come to finish it. We never heard from her again.

It went excellent. An added bonus was they replaced all exterior lights with new ones that I purchased. The home looks much nicer. They did a good job of cleaning up and went beyond what was necessary to be sure I was happy with the job.
