Things went very well. I called Ralph on the weekend after a freezing night seemed to affect the solar pool heating system and he recommended what to do to avoid further damage and scheduled a time to come out on Monday. He came out when promised and identified the problems and fixed them. I've used him in the past and he's very dependable, professional, and honest. He doesn't fix things that don't need fixing and he tries to save the customer money by choosing the most cost effective repair instead of just replacing an item, if possible.

I don't know Ralph's last name, but he answered every time I called and would give me an idea of when he could do the work. I had an old, malfunctioning solar controller that controlled the solar heated water going to the pool. He confirmed the diagnosis and replaced it within a few days. He did the job right, although it wasn't especially cheap. He also replaced a thermal sensor. I've used him before to repair leaks in the piping for the solar panel system. He's reliable and sticks to his estimates
