When we met with Diane to discuss the estate sale process, she came across so trustworthy, so honest, and so genuinely interested in helping us through this "life transition". She and her team spent three weeks of hard work in our home preparing for the sale. Showcase Estates spent an enormous amount of time and effort staging the items in the home in preparation for the two-day sale. Showcase Estates did a tremendous amounts of media marketing leading up to the advertise the sale. On the two days of the sale, hundreds of people flocked to the sale. The amount of the sale exceeded our expectations, and we were happy that much of our years of household collections found new homes. And Diane and Showcase helped us further by packing up the "leftovers" and arranged for a charity of my choosing to bring a truck and collect them. My big house was empty and "broom clean" two days after the sale. I received the proceeds from the sale within a week. I cannot thank Diane and Showcase Estate Liquidators enough for making this huge move so easy. After the sale, we truly felt that Diane was not just a service provider, but a friend. I have absolutely no reservations whatsoever in recommending this Showcase Estates to help you through what could be a very emotional and difficult task.

Diane and her team are highly professional, punctual and a pleasure to work with.  She said she would make it easy for us--and she did!
We had a large home with 2 floors of furniture and household items and she worked hard for us  to get it all ready for the 2 day sale.  And when the sale was finished, I couldn't even tell there had been a sale in the home!
I received the sale proceeds check when she said it would arrive along with a detailed inventory of our items, and how much they were sold for.

I did not have to lift a finger. They came in and took all the items I was selling out of the closets, priced and staged everything for the sale . They sold everything and cleaned up. It was great. I was under so much stress and they help me so much.

Throughout my life I have had to do many difficult things. I have generally had to do them by myself. When I called "Showcase Estate Sales" I thought that I was going to get some kind of usual slick talk about how they would do things for me and I did not have to worry. Considering that I live out of the country now and had absolutely no control over my own house at this point, I was "prepared for the worst". Diane and Showcase were the exact opposite! From the moment I talked to her, I told myself that she was the person for me and I never looked back. Professional, organized and experienced is an underestimate for sure. I was a difficult client. A very difficult client. She was working with me strictly through email and long distance phone conversations. This company came in and exceeded all expectations. I was watching her progress at my home via the internet, which I could track via her pictures and constant updates. When I made it back to the States, she was organized and motivated. My house was organized and ready to go. The sale was amazing. There were people waiting at our door at 7 am. on Saturday and the flow did not stop until Sunday afternoon. She gave me a detailed list of everything that was there before the sale and a detailed after sale list of all items sold. She still has some of my large items on consignment and sold one and has sent me a check! They saved me so much time and heartache of having to do it myself. I have very rarely given anyone a major high five....but Diane and Showcase...my Heroes!

From start to finish, they did everything they promised and more. They also did it within the timeframe that was agreed to and left the home in immaculate shape which is now going to be put on the market for sale. The also made a list of everything in the sale, how much it was tagged for, how much it sold for, and what items did not sell that went into the delivery to charity....along with the slip from the charity for donation. The list with prices came well under the timeframe that was quoted and I was completely amazed at the total amount of the sale ...... it was more than I imagined. During the sale there were workers helping the buyers, making sure that theft was not an issue and making sure the sale went off without a hitch. It was completely amazing how this company took a home full of 'stuff' from high priced designer items to everyday pool floats, etc. and brought this all together for a wonderful sale.

They even took names of people interested in the property that will be coming up for sale.
