I lived in Oviedo, FL from 2003 - May 2013. I used a couple other and quot;pool repair companiesand quot; but when I did business with R.C. the problem was always diagnosed 100% correctly and RC made the repairs that same day or the next, depending on parts to be ordered, etc. He was always punctual, professional and honest. Although his price was a little more, it was worth every dollar to get the job done right the first time and to be able to enjoy your pool!
I would recommend him highly. Mind you, I am a New Yorker and and quot;we tell it as it is.and quot;

RC the owner came out and gave a quote to us for a weekly pool clean.
Since then, Tracey comes out every week and does a great job.

RC was punctual although his attitude is very matter of factly. He is knowledgable about this craft, performs his service promptly and thoroughly and expects payment at the end of service. He does not bill out - he wants his money when the work is completed. I also placed a call to him on a Sunday when the pool pump motor failed to start that morning. I checked the wiring, metered the connections and determined it to be a failed motor. He did not return my call but showed up at my door to see what the problem was. He verified that it was the motor and had one in his truck. He replaced the motor and had me up and running that day. Other service providers I tried could not help until Monday. He also fixed the pool lights that day as well.

We are very pleased with their great work. We never use anyone else to maintain our pool. They are very trust worthy and their prices are competitive. We are more than pleased to be able to recommend their services.

They come every week about the same time without any reminders. If there is a problem, it is usually fixed within a week. For example if one of the couplings has a leak, the technician will report it to the company and it is usually done within a week.
