IT WAS A TERRIBLE JOB!!! GROUT WAS MISSED IN SEVERAL PLACES. THERE WAS GROUT ON MY BATHROOM TOWELS!! HE RINSED HIS SPONGES IN MY BATHROOM SINK!!! IT WAS THE WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD!!! WHEN WE ASKED THE GUY ABOUT RINSING GROUT DOWN THE DRAIN, HE DENIED IT EVEN THOUGH WE SAW HIM DO IT!!! HORRENDOUS!!

THE GUY, BOB, DRILLED HOLES IN OUR WALLS WITHOUT USING A STUD FINDER. DOING THIS LEFT HOLES IN THE WALL WHERE THE SHELVES WERE HUNG. THE CABINET THAT WAS INSTALLED IN THE BATHROOM WAS NOT CENTERED PROPERLY. THE ROLLERS WERE REPLACED ON THE DOORS, BUT THEY STILL DO NOT OPEN FREELY. THE OWNER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH AND WOULD PROMISE TIMES TO COMPLETE THE WORK AND NEVER SHOW UP!
