We called Proteck Wildlife Solutions to remove bats from our home. I met with Rob first (a day after having a bat INSIDE our home) and he was great to work with. He was friendly, explained how everything worked and the process. The next day Chris was out at our house and installed the one way valves and sealed everything else up. Both Rob and Chris answered my million and one questions and was extremely patient with me. The night they installed the one way valve we ended up with another bat in our room! Chris immediately came over and searched the room for the bat. He spent at least 1.5 hours with us, late at night, looking for a bat and securing the holes we thought they may be getting in. About a week later, Chris came back to confirm the bats were gone, seal the rest of the house, decontaminate the ceiling and look for the bat. Chris went above and beyond, was patient and always answered my questions. Even after I paid him and had a few questions, he answered. They have a one year warranty that you can renew. I have been watching my house for bats getting in and so far so good! Great company and I HIGHLY recommend hiring them!

I used ProTeck to remove rats from my house I got several quotes they were the cheapest and by far the most thorough they inspected my whole attic and my whole roof and house before Determining a solution the service was perfection the rats were gone quickly I would recommend them to anyone!

It was so awful to know we had a lot of rats in the attic. Proteck workers were professional and got the job done quickly. I would recommend them.

Had a problem with a raccoon pooping in my pool. Called them, they came out set up traps and now the raccoon is gone. Anybody can do that, what was great was their communication, easy to contact, answered all my questions and responded quickly.

Very professional. Caught the raccoon within 2 days. Came fairly quickly when called (within 4hrs). Someone always answered phone when I called.

Very responsive. They came out right away, set humane traps, and gave us instructions to check them at night (to make sure they were still open) and first thing in the morning (to see if we had captured anything). They were especially concerned that we check the traps early, so nocturnal animals that may have been caught would not suffer in the morning heat. That impressed me. We caught several animals over the next week, and Proteck removed them and set new traps. I think we're rid of our little scoundrels for now.
