After three other companies couldn't send a technician until the next morning, I contacted Modern Plumbing. Their representative was reassuring and helpful, confirming they could address the issue that evening. Following contact with a representative, a plumbing technician, Tyler, promptly contacted me and arrived within 20 minutes to address a leaking pipe and a broken faucet. Tyler expertly repaired the faucet and replaced the damaged pipe, completing the work efficiently and effectively. My experience with Modern Plumbing Industries was exceptional, and I highly recommend their services, especially their readily available emergency services. I will certainly utilize their services again for any future plumbing needs.

Yesterday I called at 10:26AM and had asked if they had any same day appointments available, she said Rusty & Luis could be there in about 45 minutes. At 11:01 they arrived. Both were very professional and friendly. They were done and everything was fixed by 11:25. I am very pleased with the service given and how fast and REASONABLY PRICED the company is. Wanted written estimate to repair leak under parking lot. What i got was the excuse of finding the leak first before thay could give written estimate. Then technician started talking about running new water line under parking lot. Maybe this project would have been too much for them to handle. Bait and switch or cherry picking? You choose. Wasted 2 hours of my morning.

Old valves in the kitchen and in the shower upstairs were replaced and our 13 year old water heater removed and a new tank with an overflow attachment installed. All work was done in reasonable time and at very competitive cost. We will definitely call them again whenever we require a plumber!

Richard found the leak under our tub and fixed it in a timely manner by replacing the tub drain that was loose, rusted and leaking, as well as replacing tub faucet and trim kit.
