They did a good job on cleaning the carpets but we had to pay them extra to get another piece of carpet done. Their price was not cheap but it was okay and they did not know anything about the 5% Angie's List discount so we did not get that. But it was not a whole lot of money. It was just $5 or $6. They got here quickly and that was good. My wife made an appointment and they came within a day or two which was the best part about it. It was a medium experience. We would probably use their service again in the future if we need to.

Perfect from start to finish.  Pete and his crew really exceeded our expectations.  He is a hands-on manager who ensures that everything is done right the first time.  They showed up on time, finished ahead of schedule and UNDER budget, saving us several thousand dollars.  The process that Pete used was so good that we could not find any trace of the huge stains that had been ground into the carpeting in several places.The tenants' deposit covered the total cost of the cleaning!
This is the third job that Pete did for me.  The first two were residential and they were also done better than we expected, on time and under budget.
I would recommend Pete Miller and 'PROCLEAN America' to anyone who is on a tight budget but still expects the best service.

I called Pete because I had used his services to prepare a house for rental a year ago and he was prompt, easy to deal with, and did an excellent job.  This time my wife and I were preparing our house for the arrival of our first child and thought it would be good to clean the carpets. Over the weekend we decided to start preparing the new nursery and since it was the weekend and we were in a hurry to get done, I rented a Rug Doctor carpet cleaner and was completely disappointed in it's ability to clean our high traffic areas.
First thing Monday morning I called Pete and he was able to stop by the house later that same day. He showed up promptly, took a look at the carpets and gave me a quote that rivaled what I had already spent on the ineffective Rug Doctor rental. He proceded to do an amazing job of cleaning even the most stubbornly soiled areas of the carpets, took great care not to damage anything with the hoses or equipment, and did it all with a great attitude and personality.
